is a NJ based company providing computerized drafting services to architects, engineers, developers, contractors, expeditors, interior designers, woodworking shops, realtors and private or corporate real estate owners.
We started in 2003 and since then we worked on hundreds of projects preparing floor plans, roof plans, utility plans, details, elevations, sections and 3D visualizations. We adopt new technologies promptly and use time saving tools.
To communicate with us our clients can use email, phone, instant messaging or web conferencing. In principal drafting is a message transcribed onto the drawing and we need to understand it. Our clients are encouraged to use any media available to them to provide us with as much information as possible especially during the course of first project when we get to know client’s specific standards and requirements.
Among project resources on which we can base our work are CAD files, sketches, markups, notes, drawings, photographs, images, scans, or original paper drawings. If applies, access to client previous drawings for similar type of project is desired as we can reuse some concepts and work out details based on them.
We can’t emphasize the importance of information and it’s availability, the more of it we gather upfront the less back and forward communication will be needed and it will shorten job duration.
Some types of projects will require ongoing exchange of information (for example when developing concept design) and in that case we will depend on your availability for comments, revisions and suggestions.
Our drafters are highly skilled in AutoCAD environment – currently leading on the CAD software market. It is also widely used for large and governmental projects. We can guarantee optimized usage and shortened delivery time. 3D Visualization is another of our specializations, for this type of projects we can use AutoCAD 3D or Maya -most advanced 3D application, also necessary tool for any professional production.
